Brew Hut employee challenge - brew an American IPA made with Mosaic hops, Honey Malt, and English Ale (WLP002) yeast. Winner by popular vote at the March 2013 Homebrewers night.
2 1/2 weeks from grain to glass. Very fruity nose, not tropical fruits per se, but peach and some passion fruit. Pleasant malt backbone to a firm bitterness. Some grassy notes in the nose from dry hopping. Will dissipate over time...
